Renk Üzerine / On Color

On Color (2019) is the story of light, after being birthed by the pitch black void preceding the universe, it disperses into red, green and blue and then from there to all the various colors of visible spectrum emerges and flows into each other, creating all the possible forms of hues. After the life of light spent it flows back into the primordial state of pitch black void of ‘Khaos’.

Window Shopping (in the fall of Babylon)

Nothing is not; on behalf of human rot, this not’s a mental map. You can stroll through with eyes ablaze by scorching sun that spreads the waves of city smog, LED light fog, and Christmas luminescence on dead presidents with no essence. Just fluorescence, as the gas builds up, and the homeless walk through a fascist dump.

Layers of history merge with layers of media in this hybrid experimental film. An autobiographical ode to the filmmaker's family and what's left of their memories. A remediation exercise built by multi-layers of 16mm film, old kodak slides and a digital computer screen. Filmed with an old DSLR camera at a specific angle in order to capture the ethereal reflections.

Hong-Kong is one of the densest cities in the world. As there is no much space available, new towns are adjacent to the cemeteries. These days in Hong-Kong the world of the living coexists with the one of the dead. Meanwhile, Hong Kong inhabitants move from place to place. They are waiting for a final displacement.

Ensayo de una Sombra

Walking is the best way to find old friends, not so long ago in this way I found my shadow, with who I talked largely, about how our ways falleded away, about how heavy is time and decision, rambling about theatre and cinema, about how grey is made, and the light feets of non-shadow dancers that found the way to converse with their bodies. This essay film explore the images recorded in the streets, like an observational documentary, a staging that draws the line between theatrical and cinematographic action, and a plastic search in the image of painting as a material. A V.O reflect till dance and music shuts the voice.
