The plot

Julian, a shy but lovable college student, falls for the girl who just moved in next door. He tries to ask her out but everything goes wrong when he finds out she has a boyfriend. With the help of his roommate, Julian tries to muster back the confidence to talk to her again, and realizes everything might not be as it seems.
