The plot

While preparing for her day, a young woman becomes overwhelmed with a dark thought and an anxiety attack ensues. She fails to get rid of the thought, and her attack worsens. Her brother finds her and steadies her breathing, calming her down. She then takes a shower-- the hot water running down her body, distracting her from her existential fears. She plays a game of Monopoly, having overcome the panic attack-- or has she?
