Three times an Alexandra arrives in a boarding room and believes a Daniel can be so impressed by her playfulness, he'll give her a heartwarming compliment. First in 1963, when social control of the family gives her a hard time to get in touch with him. Then in 1993 when her decision to act as mischievously as a man (since men and women are considered equal now) makes her forget that managerial careers lean on work alcoholism. Eventually in 2018 when she experiences that the hype call-out culture imbedded in egocentrism is not an effective means to get in touch with a conceited Daniel.
Theresa has documented all of her daughter Marta’s childhood on social media without considering the full consequences.
