Last Black Man @ Virtual Theater

Full Synopsis

As the world's last black man is being sold as a precious art piece, come witness the journey through timelines of struggle and feel what it's like to be a black man in America.

Jamal Trulove (Played "Kofi" in the film "The Last Black Man in San Francisco") is a San Francisco native framed by police and then District Attorney Kamala Harris for the 2007 murder of an acquaintance, convicted in 2010, sentenced to 50 years to life, and imprisoned for six years.

A California appeals court overturned his conviction in 2014 and he was retried in 2015 and acquitted.
