The 8th Annual Black Film Festival features over 80 films from 16 countries on October 6-11, 2021. We are proud to bring this amazing group of "Official Selections" to Baltimore City both in our Virtual Theatre and at the SNF Parkway Theatre in Baltimore's Station North Arts District. Children Of Paris

Why do Black LGBTQ+ voices still struggle to obtain mainstream fame and notoriety in the Hip Hop and Pop industry? Three Baltimore Hip Hop/Pop artist get candid about their music and being gay in the industry.


Dreams Of My Father

En route to an audition, aspiring actress Leila stops at a motel and hooks up with one of the locals. After swallowing a weed edible, she is flooded with paranoia and insecurity about her physical appearance as a transwoman. To make matters worse, everywhere she turns she sees the apparition of her biggest tormentor. 

Will she summon the courage to vanquish the demons of her past once and for all?

Keem, a young man who has to deal with the illness of his community, and the pandemic effecting the way in which he lives.

Baltimore Pride Sizzle Reel

The 2021 Baltimore Pride Sizzle Reel serves as a reminder to the entire Baltimore community that even during a global pandemic, they are cared for and supported by the Pride Center of Maryland along with a host of leaders throughout the State of Maryland and beyond.


Baltimore Boys

Jamal West is a Baltimore-based youth worker on a mission to break the cycles of poverty and incarceration that afflict his neighborhood.

Jamal and the young men in his case load are a timely reminder that the best work requires, as Jamal would say, "giving away a piece of your heart."
